Please note that the following shipping guidelines are for reference only. Actual shipping time may vary due to holidays, customs, and other environmental factors. Once shipped, customers will be notified of the shipping status via email and will also be able to track their order via order status.
1. Where do you ship from? How long does it take to ship to Mexico and Spain?
NOTE: We will ship within 1-2 business days from our warehouse in Hong Kong or Mexico. Except for some products that are shipped from the Mexico warehouse, the rest of the products will be shipped from the Hong Kong warehouse (each product detail will indicate which warehouse it is shipped from)
The delivery processing time for both Mexico warehouse and Hong Kong warehouse is 1-2 business days .
- Free shipping on products shipped from the Mexico warehouse, shipping time is 5 to 7 business days
- We offer two delivery services for items shipped from Hong Kong.
Standard Shipping: Free Shipping
• Shipping time: 6-10 business days.
Express shipping: MXN 195.00
• Shipping time: 5-7 business days.

Shipping method: DHL, GLS, UPS.
2. How do I track my order?
You will receive an email when your order has been shipped. We will provide you with a tracking number (the tracking number will be activated within 24 hours). Please note that during events or holidays this may take longer.
Tracking information may take 48-72 hours to update.
If you cannot track your package correctly, please contact us and we will solve the problem within 1 to 2 business days.

3. Taxes and duties
We will collect applicable sales tax on shipments sent to states we determine are required to collect sales tax. You are solely responsible for all sales and other related taxes.
Please ensure that all shipping information is correct. If any information is missing or incorrect, we may need to contact you to update delivery information, which may cause delays in the delivery of your order. Delays may also occur due to customs clearance. Local customs may require additional documentation and time to release your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.
Your order may be delivered via your local postal service or local courier service. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local postal service and received by mail. If you are not home at the time of delivery, the Postal Service will leave a notification card with instructions on how and where to pick up the package.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, incomplete address, or lack of availability, a new shipment will not be made.
